Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by The Ops Agent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and checkout provider, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
The Ops Agent sells one-time digital downloads for licensed real estate agents: operations templates, checklists, workbooks, printable PDFs, and related files (collectively, “Products”). Products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment.
Products are operations aids only. They are not legal advice, not brokerage compliance software, not state-specific contract forms, and not a substitute for your broker, attorney, or transaction coordinator. You are responsible for customizing any template to your contract, market, and brokerage requirements.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase our Products. Our Products are intended for licensed real estate professionals or their authorized staff.
3. License and permitted use
Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased Product for your own real estate business operations. You may duplicate templates per transaction or deal as intended by the Product.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product files to third parties
- Share purchased downloads publicly (e.g. on file-sharing sites)
- Remove copyright or attribution notices where included
- Represent the Products as legal forms or compliance guarantees
4. Payment and checkout
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect or store your payment card details on our website. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location and are calculated at checkout.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, Lemon Squeezy provides access to download your purchase via email receipt and/or their order confirmation page. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and downloading files within a reasonable time. We recommend saving a local copy of your download.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual property
All Product content, branding, and materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership of the underlying files or content.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that Products will prevent missed deadlines, satisfy brokerage requirements in every jurisdiction, or replace professional transaction coordination.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ops Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, or business interruption arising from your use of the Products. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes apply to future purchases. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Ops Agent operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
